Free to look. Paid to watch.

The check and the report cost nothing and need no account. Monitor is for the people who look after Shopify stores for a living: every store's main templates measured daily, what changed and which app caused it, sent to you before the client notices. $29 a store.

Measurement is the paid part, not the explanation. Any good AI can now explain a Lighthouse trace. What it cannot do is measure a store it was not asked about last Tuesday, keep the history, notice the app that appeared on a Thursday night, or prove that a fix held for real visitors 28 days later. That is what Monitor is.

What each one is not

The check is not an audit. It reads one page's HTML. It cannot see what a tag manager injects, what one vendor loads on behalf of another, or anything that appears only after a consent choice. The deep scan, also free, covers that.

The report is not a fix. It says what was measured on your page and labels every suggestion by how much of it was tested there. No number is predicted; the field data in 28 days is the only proof that counts.

Monitor is not an uptime monitor and installs nothing. It measures from outside, with Lighthouse on Google's hardware and Chrome's real-visitor record. It will not tell you the site is down, and it puts no script on the store.

How Monitor starts

Step 1

Sign in with your email. A link arrives; there is no password to make up.

Step 2

Add a store by domain. Its homepage, first collection, first product and cart are found for you; edit the list if you like.

Step 3

The first reports land within the hour. From then on every template is measured daily and compared with the run before.

Step 4

You hear about it when something changes, by email or Slack, with the report to forward to the client.

When you want a person on it

A human review is available, priced per engagement

Monitor tells you what changed and where to look. If you want someone to read the whole store, weigh the trade-offs and write the plan, that is a separate piece of work, scoped and quoted rather than listed. It uses the same measurements, so nothing is done twice.

Ask about a review.

Source: Milliseconds Make Millions, commissioned by Google, conducted by Deloitte Digital. 37 brand sites, more than 30 million sessions, Q4 2019, mobile, for a 0.1s improvement. Google's own case studies point the same way on named sites: Vodafone found a 31% LCP improvement increased sales 8%; Rakuten 24 reported 53.4% more revenue per visitor; Swappie reported 42% more mobile revenue; QuintoAndar cut INP by 80% and saw 36% more conversions.

These are cited because they are published and attributable, not because they forecast your number. Your site has its own bottleneck, its own traffic mix and its own conversion path, and any of the three can make the arithmetic come out differently. What Monitor commits to is the measurement: field data before, field data after, and the working shown.

Pricing questions

Can I try Monitor before paying?

Yes. The trial is 14 days with a card on file, and nothing is charged until it ends. Cancel from the billing page at any point before and nothing is billed.

What counts as a store?

One domain, with up to five templates measured daily. Your monthly quantity is the number of stores on your list that are not paused; add or remove stores and the invoice follows.

Do you install anything on the store?

No. Everything is measured from outside: Lighthouse through PageSpeed Insights, and the Chrome UX Report for real visitors. No app, no collaborator account, no script on the storefront.

What if the store is not on Shopify?

The check, the report and Monitor work on any site. Naming Shopify app blocks and the script-tag deadline are Shopify-specific; on another platform those sections simply do not appear.

How do I pay, and is VAT added?

By card through Stripe, monthly. The invoice comes from SC MY SOFTWARE IT DEV SRL, a Romanian company; EU business customers with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged.

Will you sign an NDA or a DPA?

An NDA, yes, routinely. A DPA is usually unnecessary because only public data about the stores is processed, and your own account data is described in the privacy notice. If your procurement needs one, that is fine.

Free · takes about four seconds
